Prostate Massage in London: What It Is and Who Offers It

More people search for this than for almost any other massage service in the UK, and almost nobody writes about it plainly. The result is a lot of curiosity meeting very little information. Here is the plain version.

What it is

The prostate is a small gland sitting a few centimetres inside the rectum, against the front wall. A prostate massage is stimulation of that gland, either externally through the perineum or internally with a finger. Internally is what most listings mean.

It is sometimes called milking, which is an unhelpful word for it, and sometimes called P-spot stimulation, which is closer to how it is actually experienced.

Why people book it

Two quite different reasons, and it is worth knowing which is yours.

The first is sensation. Stimulation of the gland produces something distinct from ordinary orgasm: slower to build, deeper, and described by most people as more diffuse. It is the reason the service exists as its own line item rather than as an afterthought.

The second is curiosity, and more of these bookings are that than anyone admits. Nothing wrong with it, but it changes what you should book, because curiosity wants an unhurried hour with someone patient rather than the shortest slot available.

What actually happens

A booking that goes well is mostly ordinary massage. Back, shoulders, thighs, long enough that you are genuinely relaxed, because tension makes the rest of it uncomfortable and unrewarding. The prostate part comes late and takes less time than the preamble.

Gloves and plenty of lubricant, always. Short nails, always. Any competent provider treats both as non-negotiable and you should be wary of one who does not.

It should not hurt. Pressure, fullness and an urgent need to urinate are all normal and pass. Pain is not normal and means stop.

What it costs in London

Usually an extra of £50 to £100 on the hourly rate rather than a service in its own right. With central London rates at £250 to £350, budget £300 to £450 for the booking.

Ninety minutes suits it far better than sixty. This is not upselling: the massage has to do its work first, and an hour that includes undressing, showering and conversation leaves very little of it.

Where it is offered

It clusters in the same incall belt as the other massage-led services, which in practice means the south-western central postcodes. Gloucester Road, South Kensington and Kensington carry a good share of it, largely because those are flats set up for massage rather than for anything quicker.

It is more often incall than outcall for the same practical reason a nuru massage is: the room matters.

Booking it without awkwardness

Say the words on the phone. Prostate massage is a service with a name, it is on the list, and asking for it by name is the least awkward route to it by a distance. Vagueness produces a booking where neither of you is sure what was agreed.

Three questions worth asking: does she offer it, does she use gloves, and is ninety minutes available. All three are answered in under a minute.

A word on health claims

You will find pages online presenting this as a treatment for prostate conditions. Whatever the history of that idea, this is a booking made for pleasure and it should be understood as one. Anything to do with your prostate as a medical matter belongs with a GP, and that is not a hedge, it is simply the right place for it.

The short version

Book ninety minutes, ask by name, expect gloves and lubricant, expect most of the hour to be an actual massage, and stop if it hurts. Compare with tantric massage if what you are after is unhurried rather than specific, and read what a happy ending actually means if you want to know how these bookings usually finish.
