Who we are looking for

Women over eighteen with the right to work in the UK, who are choosing this work for themselves and want to do it properly.

Experience is not required and it is not a filter. Plenty of the companions listed here started with none. What matters far more is that you are reliable, that you turn up when you say you will, and that you are straightforward with clients about what you do and do not offer.

We list across every London area, so where you are based is rarely a problem. Incall, outcall or both is entirely your decision.

What stays yours

This is the part worth reading closely, and the part you should ask any agency about before you commit to anything.

• Your rates. You set them. We will tell you what the going rate is for your area if you want to know, and the number is still yours.
• Your services. You decide what is on your listing and what is not. Nothing gets added because it sells better.
• Your hours. Work the days you want to work. There is no minimum and no rota.
• Your clients. You can decline any booking, at any point, including after it has started, and you never have to explain why.
• Your money. You are paid directly by the client, in cash, at the booking. It does not pass through us.
• Your documents. Yours. We verify your age and your right to work, and you keep everything.

If anywhere you speak to is vague about any of the six, that is your answer about them.

What we do

• Photography. A proper shoot, arranged and paid for by us. Faces can be blurred or cropped if you prefer, and plenty of the listings here are.
• Your listing. Written up properly with your rates, your areas and your services, and kept current.
• Screening. Enquiries are taken and checked before they reach you. Time-wasters do not get through.
• The phone. Answered for you, seven days, so you are not fielding calls at midnight.
• Reviews. Read and approved by hand before they appear, and never edited. See the review pages.

What it costs you

Nothing to join. No fee, no deposit, no charge for photographs, and nothing to pay before you have earned anything.

We take an agreed commission on bookings we bring you, and that is the whole arrangement. Anyone asking you to pay up front to be listed is not running an agency.

Discretion

Your legal name never appears anywhere. Your working name is yours to choose and yours to change. Your address is never published, and for incall it is given to a client shortly before the booking rather than at enquiry.

Photographs are yours to approve before anything goes live, and you can have a photograph pulled at any time without giving a reason.

What we will ask for

• Proof of age. Passport or driving licence. Everyone listed here is over eighteen and verified, without exception.
• Right to work in the UK. Not negotiable, for your protection as much as ours.
• A way to reach you. A phone number or an email. Nothing else at this stage.

If someone else is answering for you, or arranging this on your behalf, we will not proceed. That is a firm line and it is there for a reason.

What happens next

You get a reply the same day in almost every case. If it looks like a fit we arrange a short conversation, then a shoot, then your listing goes up. From first email to live listing is usually under a fortnight.

At no point are you committed to anything. People change their minds at every stage of that and it is completely fine.
