Nobody discounts a duo for being a duo. You are booking two people's time.

They have to know each other

These are pairings the girls have agreed to themselves, which is why the list is shorter than the roster. Asking two girls who have never met to do a duo on the night does not work, however willing they both are individually.

Bi duo is not the default

Some duos are two girls attending you separately, some involve the two of them together. Those are different bookings. Her profile lists Bi DUO where it applies, and it is worth saying which you mean on the call.
